I have that dress here (Thank you Sara) and I am thinking she is just wearing something else as a hat with it. She looks so pretty in it! *ETA* I looked again, I think you are right!

My little Cousin,Julia had cancer.She had Leaukimia(sp)She was prayed for all across my state,and she was on the news,and everything.Her cancer is now tamed,and she is back to being a happy little four year old girl.
